What apartment types can I ask about?

Ask about studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Our team will discuss current and upcoming availability at Empire 225 and can help you explore other homes that fit your needs. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an apartment.

What is the current rent and availability?

Monthly rent is $1,750 for a studio, $1,895 for a one-bedroom and $2,300 for a two-bedroom. Ask about availability, move-in dates, deposits and any additional fees before applying. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an apartment.

How do I get one month free and free internet?

Sign your Empire 225 lease from November 1 through December 31, 2026 to receive one month free. Basic internet is included with your rent at no additional charge. Ask our leasing team about the internet service details and how the free month is applied to your lease. The monthly rents shown are the regular rents before the free-month promotion.
